ACH Patient Job McCully to kick-off National Hot Dog Month for Petit Jean Meats

Job with President and Owner, David Ruff
Arkansas Children’s Hospital patient Job McCully of Bigelow, AR will throw out the first pitch at the Arkansas Travelers game on Saturday, June 25, to kick-off National Hot Dog Month for Petit Jean Meats. McCully battled leukemia and a bone marrow transplant in 2002, RSV pneumonia, the flu, and Broncholitis Obliterans in 2003 and received a lung transplant in 2007. Besides having to go to Arkansas Children’s Hospital for monthly IVIG treatments, he is currently doing “fabulous,” according to Tina McCully, his mother.
Job is currently an official ambassador for Petit Jean Meats and is such a fan, that while spending a year in St. Louis awaiting a lung transplant, friends and family shipped Petit Jean Hot Dogs to him during his hospital stay.
During July, in honor of Job and National Hot Dog Month, proceeds from every package of hot dogs sold will be donated to Arkansas Children’s Hospital. Petit Jean Meats are available at most local and national grocers in and around Arkansas.
Petit Jean Meats will also give consumers an opportunity to win Petit Jean products  during the month of July. Customers can become a fan of Petit Jean Meats on Facebook, follow the company on Twitter or follow their blog, http://pjmeats.blogspot.com/ for more information on winning.
